Installation
Install your eSIM
Allow two minutes, on Wi-Fi, ideally before you travel. Pick your system for the detailed guide.
Before you start
- Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Keep the QR code from your email to hand, on another screen or printed.
- An eSIM profile can only be installed once: do not delete it after installing.
Choose your device
Once you arrive
- 1Turn the SimGoFly line on in your mobile data settings.
- 2Enable data roaming on that line — this is normal and costs nothing.
- 3Leave your usual line active for calls and texts.
Not working?
Restart the phone, check that roaming is enabled on the SimGoFly line and that it is selected for data. If the problem persists, our support team is available around the clock.
